@MatthewBrownLab @AmberAfzal53 It's not a rebate but a loan that will be taken back by the government. The French govt has just forced their gas and electricity companies to not increase their bills by more than 4%. In October UK the Conservatives wiil remove the Energy cap and bills will go through the roof.
