Marcel Fratzscher, der Chef des Deutschen Instituts für Wirtschaftsforschung, warnt: „Wir reden geschätzt über drei Jahre hinweg von vier bis fünf Prozentpunkten des Bruttoinlandsproduktes, die verloren gehen. Das sind 150 bis 200 Milliarden Euro weniger Wirtschaftsleistung.“
