No. If 🇨🇭 wants continued access to (most parts of) the SM, they have to accept the 🇪🇺 's rules. Period.
That's not even taken the utterly reckless and rotten to the core stance on 🇷🇺 's genocidal war against 🇺🇦 into account including their veto to deliver ammunition to UA.
