I am so proud of this most modern, inclusive European legislation. As Lead negotiator, I have fought for the recognition of intersectional discrimination related to the gender pay gap, and the inclusion of non-binary people.

What exactly have we achieved? The right to receive information about average salaries for all employees, a strong legal position to obtain justice when there is a gender pay gap and more transparency in companies
