I held an interesting meeting with H.E. Béatrice Le Fraper du Hellen, Director for the United Nations of France & H.E. Agnès von der Mühll, French Ambassador to Malta. We spoke at length on Malta’s role as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council for the term 2023-2024.
