Following #ArraiolosMalta2022 I welcomed President of Portugal Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa. Despite the evident need to discuss the war in Ukraine, other issues such as post-COVID recovery, energy security, climate change & migration, were also delved upon. Unity remains critical.
