Today the Dáil will hear statements on the citizens assembly recommendations on biodiversity. Almost everybody will stand up and say we need to act, but then as usual, the profits of big ag will be prioritized by gov and nothing much will change.

We know the biggest culprit is land use change, ie industrial farming. There can be no more foot dragging - we need to urgently discuss & develop a plan *with* farmers to move away from dairy & beef, and restore ecosystems.

System change feels too big for any one person to make a difference. And it is! That's why building & participating in mass movements is the way forward.
