AGDA DG @nmladenov moderated a lively panel discussion with @HasmikEgian, @RichardGowan1, and friends from the UN community.

The handbook builds on the collective expertise of hundreds of experts on international peace and security. We hope it will serve as a practical guide for future generations of Council members, policy makers, and scholars of multilateral diplomacy.
