The panel will shed light on the challenges faced by Emirati scholars in their pursuit of academic and professional success, as well as explore ways to amplify the voices of young scholars in a manner that would strengthen the country’s diplomacy. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Research Fellow at AGDA, and attended by H.E. Dr. Tariq bin Hendi, Senior Partner at Global Ventures and Chairman of Edelman (Middle East), Dr. Khawla Al Marri, Emirati researcher focusing on Khaleeji identity, Dr. Mohamed Al Zarouni, Emirati researcher focusing on Energy Economics, Dr. Noura Al Obeidli, Research Fellow at NYUAD, and Dr. Hind Al Ameri, Marine Conservation Scientist at Environment Agency Abu Dhabi.
