@castleDD @bbctheview @MarkCarruthers7 Dermot, I specifically said that I supported reform that was properly funded and resourced. The SWAH decision wasn't part of reform a reform process - it was a service collapse, and those almost always impact rural areas most. 1/2

@castleDD @bbctheview @MarkCarruthers7 I also said that @deptinfra and @Translink_NI need to be part of the conversation about health reform. Without affordable, accessible transport reform won't work.

And we all (including those of us in urban areas) need to be willing to bear part of the burden.
