1/ receiving a proportion of the funding held centrally in DoF, released when the budget set by Westminster;
2/ a slight reduction in projected energy costs; and,
3/ cuts which we implemented, such as not filling vacancies.

@JohnMar90718642 @chhcalling There may never have been any projected overspend in DOJ had an Executive existed to operate monitoring rounds.
The £660m gap Chris claimed never actually existed. It was a projection for the end of the year, which was actively being reduced week-on-week by ministers' choices.
