@NeillArmstrong2 No, it was a line in a letter I signed, in the context of threats by the Govt to break the law.
It's not all we said on the Protocol: it doesn't reflect our support for UK-EU mutually agreed changes to address issues such as medicines, bespoke veterinary agreement, etc.
