@Redeyes1878 @DarranMarshall After 25 years, the idea institutions can't be reformed to reflect changing circumstances is nonsense.
It's especially nonsense when they have been reformed before and when the Assembly and Executive Review Committee (all party) has acknowledged the need for these reforms.
