@RichardBullick1 @NewtonEmerson @trussliz I think the challenge is two-fold: you can't set aside the means because they dictate the likely success of the outcome and we did try this before but as some would only countenance scrapping the protocol, any agreement of pragmatic solutions to the practicalities was stymied.
