RT @rossalliance: Belfast City Hall will light up again tonight to support #WorldIBDDay. IBD UK reports that IBD services are well below standards in Belfast. Need for an Exec to act. And councils - like BCC - can be doing much more too (incl. raising awareness & greater public toilet provision).
