@BLifeof9 @allianceparty Yes, it's in our manifesto and would have been done in this mandate, but the DUP blocked my last bill, meant to be a Miscellaneous Provisions Bill, until I reduced the scope, to prevent any 'controversial' amendments, including MACR and ending the reasonable hastisement defence.
