and I organized the Water KIC meeting attended by the Innovation Commissioner

, EIT Director Martin Kern, and dozens of stakeholders. As well as the usual presentations and questions, there was time for some Water Kic-related activities among the participants.
➡️We all know that oceans, seas, and inland waters are central to human life, health, and well-being in providing food, critical ecosystem services, renewable energy, and other resources.
➡️Creating a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) entirely dedicated to Water, Marine, and Maritime Resources and Ecosystems is fundamental. KICs combine the vertices of the knowledge triangle - Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation.
➡️In this way, it becomes unique as it reflects and responds to the importance and diversity of the often interconnected challenges of water.
➡️Thank you all for your presence and participation. The political work is done. Now, we want the KIC to succeed! ✅
