The Proposed Regulation of the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) should include all fishing vessels.
I presented my opinion to the PECH Committee on this proposal, to which I was recently appointed. I argued for greater cooperation between the European Maritime Safety Agency and other agencies and Member States.
