RT @davidcullinane: Despite a promise by Minister Donnelly to reduce hospital waiting lists by 18% in 2022 his plan only managed to reduce waiting lists by a mere 1%. Given this spectacular failure it would take the Minister 100 years to eliminate waiting lists. Another clear failure.
