In 2021, the highest gender pay gap in the EU was recorded in Estonia (20.5 %) and the lowest in Luxembourg (-0.2 %).

In Estonia women and men just tend to have different kind of jobs.
For example, our company hires truck drivers on equal basis regardless of gender.
But in Estonia virtually zero women obtain truck driving qualification...
