RT by @lukeming: Why is @IrishRail charging the elderly and people with disabilities who have a free travel pass a €2:50 per ticket booking fee?
It might not seem a lot but when you are on state supports €2:50 can be the difference in haveing a meal or going without.
Could @AnneRabbitte @EamonRyan and @TFIupdates clarify this situation for us please.
