In your defence, ask the Judge to take the following into consideration.

1. RTE admitted to the PAC at least 20 million liability for misclassifying employees as self employed.

2. It is an offence to misclassify 1 employee as self-employed, RTE has accepted 150 employees were misclassified so far.

3. Minister @HHumphreysFG is giving RTE a free pass because the Deputy Secretary General of the department admitted that there had only been one prosecution for this welfare fraud, since the beginning of time, in spite of the fact that this is a criminal
law, under the statute books but @HHumphreysFG's policy is not to enforce it.

4. I plead with the Judge to show me just a fraction of the leniency @HHumphreysFG is showing to @RTE.
