RT by @lukaszkohut: 🔴State prosecution in 🇵🇱 has launched an investigation into the illegal surveillance of then-opposition leaders (incl current Special Services Minister @TomaszSiemoniak), @Tsihanouskaya & our @bartek_kramek in state-owned @Marriott-brand hotels. The prosecution points (again) to former special services deputy chief @WasikMaciej (recently pardoned for abuse of power for 2nd time by @prezydentpl) & ECR MEP @jbrudzinski as suspects.

ODF had filed a notification already in April last year, but it was only initiated now, after the prosecution was liberated from Law and Justice's political grip.

The scandal has already been discussed in the @coe @PACE_News last year following a Motion for a resolution submitted by @K_Smiszek (current Deputy Justice Minister), supported by i. a. by @AndrzejSzejna @barbaraanowacka @SlawomirNitras @BayrPetra @stefanschennach @max_lucks @sunnago @LacroixCh @KTruskolaski @petra_stienen @VirendraSharma @Gasiuk_Pihowicz @BogdanKlich @dhajdukovic @SimonMoutquin @TarjaFilatov @constantinosefs @TommySheppard @tanbacsi & @pedrocegonho ✌️
