RT @GeorgZachmann: While I cannot find clear statements, it increasingly looks as if EU member states did not coordinate on the Russian Ruble-payment demands' & several companies (w. the backing of their gov't) agreed to open Ruble-accounts, while PL&BG did not.
This is a disaster for EU unity!
