We can not control what is happening inside #Russia, but we can control what we do. We need to:
▶️continue to strengthen our own defence;
▶️step up our support to 🇺🇦;
▶️find a legal basis to use frozen Russian assets to pay for the damage it is causing in #Ukraine .
