@RishiSunak Foreign flagships own 54% of U.K. fish quota a public asset. These vessels are registered in the U.K. but are foreign owned. These vessels are non domicile in U.K. something you will know about. Simply reinstating Merchant Act will stop this racket. I have contacted ref this.
