Disgraceful curtailment of a basic service. No wonder fly tipping is on the increase. Cut the nonsense restrictions at “the Council Tip” (NOT Household waste recycling centre!) and give tax payers an easy to use service that they pay for.@CllrKBentley @BBCEssex
