@domdyer70 Be fair Dominic - Animal Welfare (Kept Animals) Bill is in. It bans live exports & tackle s puppy smuggling.
Also creates a specific new offence for pet abduction. Sure we both would have liked more, but rest assured we will keep pushing Govt.
