It’s a bittersweet occasion to host the farewell dinner for H.E. Suela Janina, Ambassador of Albania to the EU. A talented, vocal diplomat, a strong proponent of the Western Balkans’ accession, I am happy to call the Ambassador a friend and wish her good luck at the UN!
