Today Justice Minister @EveDobrovolska initiated Lithuania's legal action claiming €120mln compensation from Belarus for the costs of repelling Lukashenko's migrant smuggling hybrid attack.
If our offer of arbitration is rejected or arbitration fails we will go to the @CIJ_ICJ.
