It’s good to see the commitment of the EU 4 in Kyiv to grant EU candidate status to UKR and Moldova. Macron pledged support to UKR until its victory, Scholz again did not. Why ? Scholz failed to commit to delivering heavy weapons such as Marder tanks. Why ? This profits Putin!
