@hardlyperennial @Drewster15 @darrengrimes_ I don't know how to transplant a kidney, nor how people can be same sex attracted. Both things happen and are real. Dysphoria is real. People change sex to deal with dysphoria. Some use medical means and some do not. Both are recognised by the Equality Act, GRC or not.
