If the #war ends with Russian defeat, #Ukraine will be independent. Ukraine is defeated, it will cease to exist. The only option is to revert to the #RuleOfLaw and to a #peace in which Ukraine is sovereign and independent.

Military supplies for Ukraine now. Not in a few months or weeks but now. If in March we had the weapons we got in May and June, the war would have been finished in April. The summer offensive also could have been more successful.
