Almost 3 years after my report on the topic, we finally have two relevant documents from the Commission that will hopefully move things forward. The current debate in the plenary is long overdue. @RenewEurope

Storage has so far been carelessly overlooked, the new electricity market reform aims to change this. Big, innovative projects (e.g. @illwerkevkw Lünersee II) desperately need quicker permitting. We can’t afford that large capacity projects are stalled by bureaucracy.
