RT by @catherinerowett: I don't know/care if this is an unpopular opinion but males are part of innocent civilian populations, too. The focus on women & children victims is right. But in this ever-splintering hierarchy of innocence, I sometimes worry there's a creeping "killing males is OK" undertone.
