One way of doing that is to treat the sick, provide free and timely medical treatment, give people a healthy diet and avoid mental health problems by making life worry free and well provisioned with accessible resources.

@DeborahDuffin @DanielaNadj @RishiSunak Another way is to educate the young people, by reducing class sizes, recruiting and retaining top quality teachers and providing free university education and arts education to ensure everyone reaches their full potential in every kind of talent (not just maths).
