Very pleased that Dartmoor National Park Authority has decided to appeal the Darwall ruling and hope it will be overturned.
Our National Parks should be open for everyone to explore and enjoy - without having to ask permission, or being held to ransom by a few wealthy owners.

Access to nature is vital, for public health and wellbeing. It's crucial we nurture connection with the land, with nature - so people understand why we need to protect it.

There is nothing more liberal than the freedom to roam, and @LibDems will be right behind this appeal.
I hope the outcome of the Darwall's original case will be a fundamental change in the right to roam laws across England & Wales.
