@emurrie91 It’s not just since Covid though. Things have got ‘very out of balance’ in the South Hams because not a single unit of social housing has been built in years. Affordable housing isn’t affordable for anyone. And there have been no limits on the proportion of second homes.

@emurrie91 It’s a bit rich now to blame their own govt for going too slowly. They’ve done nothing to try and resolve the growing housing crisis in this area for 20 years. It’s a crisis of Conservative making and they have to own it
