@ConorBurnsUK @BBCPolitics @nicholaswatt I am afraid there is no chance of a negotiated solution. The EU’s aim is either to bring the UK to heel or break NI out of it.
The EU’s infringement proceedings against the UK for failing to institute checks on goods from NI to GB makes its intent utterly clear.
