RT by @anapalacio: When the #COP26 deal to "phase down" coal translates into more demand.

In its annual coal report, @IEA says global demand hit a record high in 2023 (up 1.4% y-on-y to 8.5bn tonnes). After that, it now forecasts a down-to-plateau period from 2024 to 2026.
