Slovakian courts have sentenced former professional soldier Josef Šipoš to prison for 15 YEARS for growing cannabis for personal medical use on 2.5.2023.

The state will also forfeit his property, including a house his parents and child live in.

This is a gross injustice!

Josef was making creams and oils for his own use to alleviate his chronic pain caused by his work.

Millions of Europeans use cannabis as medicine, but only a minority can do it legally without fear of unjust criminalization.

Ultimately, the best way to remove stigma and make sure people have access to their medicine is to end this prohibition entirely and begin the legal regulation of the adult-use of cannabis throughout the EU and globally.

We need justice for Josef Šipoš.

We need to make sure this never happens again.

We need to end the unjust prohibition of cannabis.
