In non-emergency cases we chose to empower companies to share data through voluntary agreements & against fair remuneration. Mandatory requests would be allowed only when data is locked-in respecting strict security requirements & without placing additional burdens on businesses.

4. Through unbundling of the contractual obligations between the manufacturer or vendor selling the device & the data holder providing the service for the device. This allows a better delineation of obligations towards the user & a better-mirrored reality of the data ecosystem.
