With the #DSA, they've to assess their risk for society & democracy & take measures. If they don’t: they're fined, or risk their service banned

Example: Twitter has recently allowed more state-sponsored propaganda, with Chinese, Russian & Iranian disinformation skyrocketing as a consequence. Now Twitter must assess whether this has „any actual or foreseeable negative effects on civic discourse and electoral processes“
