@a_jongerius I don't want to be part of a union my self, but I want people like my mom who worked her ass off cleaning rooms at hotels, schools and libraries to have a union so that their kids don't have to. I have a choice of what to do, but people who are lower paid don't. Maybe even I would benefit from being in a union sometimes. For example I could get free training so my skills stayed up to par. Maybe I want to grow my career and need that training. A union could help there.
