Freedom for Ramin Pouramin!
I have taken on the political sponsorship of Ramin Pouramin. Ramin is an animal rights activist in #Iran and took part in the protests. He was arrested on 7 November 2022. Now he is charged with "war against God", which carries the death penalty.

Ramin and the thousands of courageous people in Iran who are standing up for freedom and democracy deserve our unconditional solidarity.
I have underlined this today in letters to @ABaerbock and the Iranian ambassador. We will not rest until there is justice!
