RT @BrownColinM: This dispute is the first appeal heard under the Multiparty Interim Appeal Arbitration arrangement (MPIA) promoted by @Trade_EU to make sure that a fully-functioning two-tier dispute settlement can continue at @WTO. The EU will ask that the panel ruling is upheld in the appeal.
