RT by @Tineke_Strik: Let's be clear:
1) Suspending EU aid won't punish Hamas, which receives zero EU funds. It'll punish the PA, i.e. Hamas' rivals, UNRWA and civ. population. It's counterproductive and it's collective punishment.
2) As Gaza now gets pummelled, it will need more EU aid not less.
