@TimmermansEU We've had 27 COPs so far and not one of them has resulted in lower output of carbon dioxide from the burning of fossil fuel.
How can we have any hope of success for #COP28 when the leader that you are meeting with is an oil man ?
We don't have time for another year of delay, but that's all that #COP28 is likely to achieve. We have to do better than this.
