RT by @THEOCHAROUSE: 🇦🇲🇦🇿Azerbaijan announced the capture of Artsakh resident Madat Babayan.

As APA reports with reference to the State Security Service of Azerbaijan, Babayan was allegedly captured in the Karvachar region “on suspicion of committing terrorist acts with the intention of inciting national hatred.” Madat Arakelovich Babayan is also charged with participation “in illegal armed groups.” He is also accused of participating in the Khojaly events. The State Security Service of Azerbaijan does not say when Babayan was captured.
