3. A full informational and diplomatic isolation of Russia. Russia's membership in a number of global institutions should be suspended. #Russia should not be invited to any global events...
4. A fair assessment of the total cost of the national authorities' work (additional mobilization; anti-terrorism; counter-escalation, in which Russia will be invested) and the growing risks in case if Russia remains as it is today. Popularization of these conclusions within their own communities.
